Therapy is a place to take care of your mind. I see strength and courage in vulnerability, bravery in facing discomfort, and growth in being human. I believe in the significance of meeting others where they are, with empathy and acceptance. I hope to guide individuals on their own paths and support them in reaching their unique goals.

I incorporate a variety of practices, including mindfulness to relax the mind and body, distress tolerance to manage emotions, and cognitive reframing to challenge thoughts. I have experience providing services in an outpatient mental health clinic, a residential program for youth, and treatment foster care. I am here to explore, empower, and guide one to what they already have within themselves.
