ADVANCED YEAR INTERN
Whether you are struggling with a new or ongoing challenge, therapy is a safe space to support you. I believe in a strong therapeutic alliance that incorporates collaboration and teamwork. An empathetic space promotes clients’ awareness, personal growth, and mental well-being. My goal is for you to feel safe and to be able to freely express your thoughts and feelings in a comfortable environment. My priority is to make you feel heard and understood.
I am in my final year of graduate school at University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work where I am concentrating in Clinical Social Work Practice, Children & Families. I have previous work experience in school social work supporting with child advocacy, outreach, and program development.
I am passionate about supporting individuals from all populations but have a primary focus in children, adolescents, and families. I am interested in working with individuals who experience Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, familial and relationship issues, and life transitions. Together, we will explore the underlying causes for specific emotional patterns and reach your goals.
