As a therapist I believe that we already hold the knowledge and power to heal within ourselves. But what happens if we don’t have the support or courage to do so on our own? That’s where I come in! As your therapist, my goal is to support you on your pathway to healing- whatever that may look like to you.
My therapeutic style is driven by the power of human connection and collaboration. I center my care around building a safe and strong therapeutic relationship with each individual that I work with. I firmly believe that human connection and support can be the first step in healing. I draw from a broad variety of techniques and approaches and, in the true spirit of collaboration, always encourage my clients to let me know how best I can support them. As a queer, body-positive, and sex-positive clinician, I believe that therapy should be a place to celebrate and discover the complexities of being a human.
I work with clients 18+ who may be experiencing issues surrounding shame, self-esteem, body image, grief, depression, anxiety, LGBT+ issues, and women’s issues.
When working with me you can expect a laid back and gentle approach fueled by my genuine curiosity to get to know you. My sessions are casual, interactive, and always affirming. In my space, there’s no pressure to act a certain way – I’m here to be with the real you.
