I use a person centered and strengths-based approach to look at all areas of your life without judgment. My goal is to validate your feelings and provide support through your life challenges.

I have a background in working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, work-life/school-life balance, adjusting to life changes, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+, and gender identity. Together, we can identify your personal strengths and use them to work towards building coping skills, uplifting your self-esteem, and having strong communication in your relationships. Remember, you do not have to do this alone.
