Taking the first step to seek help for yourself, your relationship, your child, or your teenager can be daunting, but it is a huge accomplishment. My goal as a therapist is to meet you (or your child) where you are and help guide you to tap into your innate inner wisdom to develop skills and create goals to overcome the obstacles you’re facing and find a deep, abiding sense of contentment within yourself.
I enjoy working with both adults and children, as well as relationship and couples counseling. I have advanced training working with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, addiction and substance-related disorders, Gender Dysphoria, as well as trauma and PTSD. With adults, I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness/Meditation. With children and teens, I offer similar techniques and include Play Therapy and parent coaching.
I am open to seeing couples and relationships of all types. My goal is to help you hone your communication skills and identify problem areas and unhelpful patterns within the relationship. I am nonjudgmental and solution-focused. I believe that the best way to heal a relationship is to help each person within it work toward becoming a whole, happy individual.
Due to COVID-19, our practice is currently utilizing both in-office and Telehealth visits. Clients have the option to choose to be seen completely through video communication, in person, or combination of the two. If you attend an in-office session, our admin operator at the front desk will assist in taking your temperature and provide you with hand sanitizer. The offices and waiting areas are thoroughly cleaned between each visit. I will be wearing a clear mask that allows you to see my face.

I strive to create a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space for you, where together we will take a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
