As the song goes, “every day is a winding road”, I am here to listen, support, and co – pilot your journey to a meaningful, purposeful life. Therapy is a sacred space where equity, empathy, understanding, and a healthy sense of humor are fused to meet people where they are, identify their strengths to support personalized goals, and lay a strong foundation for a purposeful existence.
I am passionate about working with adults in their journey of self – discovery, healing, growth, and finding meaning utilizing a holistic, existential approach. I have experience working with individuals who have faced domestic violence, emotional abuse, suicidal ideations, self-harm, incarceration, homelessness, and substance use. I have worked with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Dissociative Identity Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, and Schizophrenia. Psychedelic psychotherapy and Neurofeedback are interests of mine.
I received my graduate degree from Pace University School of Mental Health Counseling. Prior to Pace, I studied at Georgian Court University for my undergraduate degree in psychology. Personalized therapy is the basis of laying the foundation to build your specific goals with collaboration, communication, and compassion from a person-centered, experiential, and pragmatic approach.
You will be given the individualized, dignified experience you deserve as a person, not as a label of your trauma or diagnosis. You embody all the potential you need to be the best you. As, The Lubavitcher Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson once said; “Action is the main thing.”
