Social Work/Therapist, LMSW
Life is known to throw unexpected challenges at us daily. Often, they can make us feel overwhelmed, and allow daily tasks to sometimes feel impossible. We come to therapy when these challenges become too hard to face alone. I am here to meet you where you’re at and to provide you with a safe space where you never feel alone.
Therapy is a place to grow, learn more about yourself, and achieve shared goals that allow you to feel more confident and secure. Whether it be family conflict, or conflict within yourself, I am here to help guide you through the process. I incorporate numerous strategies within my practices, including Active Listening, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Mindfulness Techniques.
I received both my Undergraduate and Graduate degree from Salisbury University School of Social Work. I have collaborated with clients from Age 3 through Young Adulthood, as well as family units as a whole. I have experience working with clients that are experiencing ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, and Trauma while working within a Non-profit and Pediatric office.
Most of all, I am thrilled you are here! Finding a therapist can be a daunting task. Together we can embark on this journey to understand you and improve your overall mental health.
