ADVANCED YEAR INTERN
Therapy serves as a space where we can be our true authentic self while incorporating practices of self love, commitment, and engagement. By creating a safe and non-judgmental environmental therapy allows for vulnerability, healing, and growth. Throughout the therapeutic process, I am here to create a comfortable space for to you engage in self compassion and self commitment practices in order to fully reach your true potential.
I am currently a graduate student in my final year at University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work where I am concentrating in Advanced Practice Clinical Social Work. I look forward to completing my graduate education to soon become a fully licensed clinical social worker. Prior to University of Maryland Baltimore School of Social Work, I received my undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. After receiving my undergraduate degree, I spent several years working and practicing Applied Behavior Analysis.
I incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques, including, psycho-dynamic therapy, strengths-based approaches, narrative therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I am interested in working with individuals experiencing ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and men’s issues.
As a lifelong Marylander, and current Baltimorean, I love the community I work in. When I am not in the office, you can find me taking leisurely jogs through the city streets, doing my best not to butcher Beethoven on the piano, or curled up on the couch with my cat and a good book.
