How We'll Help
Coping Strategies: We will teach the skills to cope with stress, trauma and other emotional situations with the use of art, play and discussion.
Mindfulness Techniques: Learn ideas and thoughts to train the brain for positivity and self-esteem building.
Mental Maintenance: Become preventative, rather than reactive by incorporating regular restorative activities into your family routine. Think a good belly laugh, a cry or a time to reflect in order to reset emotionally.
We can help kids and families cope with stress and a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. With an individualized approach, we will tailor each treatment plan to the client. Our focus on coping strategies, mindfulness techniques and continued mental maintenance will set up each child for future success.
